Thread: LOVE POEM 2

Is it possible that I could be the happiest I've ever
been in my life and now the saddest,
All at one time?
Is it possible that I could feel everything she was
feeling? Her loneliness,
Pain,Doubt,
Afraid to let someone in,
To let someone see who she really is.
For the first time I was really seeing her.

I saw her secrets,
Its funny how for everyone that needs a secret
Theres someone else who needs to know what
that secret is
How sometimes secrets keep people from feeling
they belong,
And sometimes a secret makes you feel like you
do belong.
A part of her wants safety, a life she can predict
A part of her wants to go somewhere else, into the
unknown.

I saw a moment,
The wind was blowing through her hair,A song came on that described her entire soul,
No matter how crazy life could get, nothing could
take this moment away.
And I realized I was there with her, listening to the
same song.

I saw me as she saw me.
A gentle hearted stranger,
In every part of me,
She saw a part of herself.
And the amazing thing was,
In her eyes, I was beautiful.
